I am looking forward to meeting you!

I have lived in New Glarus since getting married 22 years ago. My husband is a drummer and both a career firefighter and the New Glarus Volunteer Fire Department Chief. After closing my family child care of 18 years, I am continuing work as a part time child care mentor and policy consultant. Our oldest son is a cymbal player in the UW Marching Band majoring in Wildlife Ecology. Our youngest is a Junior in high school who plays bassoon and baritone saxophone along with being a Boy Scout and looking to complete his Eagle Scout in the next year. As a family, we spending time together hunting, fishing, camping, and exploring our state and local parks.

Looking forward to serving you…

I am new to partisan political office, but I bring experience to represent you, and our shared values in Madison. I completed a college with a degree in education, and am working on completing my Masters in Early Childhood Education Policy — a task I have taken on while raising my kids and running my own small business, which I did for 18 years — Corrine’s Little Explorers. I have completed a certificate from UW–Madison in Infant and Family Mental Health. I have lead organizations, including co-founder Wisconsin Early Childhood Action Needed, Green County Child Care Network Member, and Child Care For Every Family Network Provider Leadership Group. Additionally, I have served my community member and advocated for small businesses and children as New Glarus/Monticello Cub Scout Pack leader, served as a school board member, am a member of Wisconsin Farmers Union, Main Street Alliance Member, New Glarus Chamber of Commerce Member, and witness at the US House Small Business Committee Hearing, "From Nothing to Something: The Story of the American Dream" February 28, 2023.
